Returns and Exchanges Your Business is important to us. Only lingerie without thong or panty can be returned for exchange, or merchandise credit, within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and all tags must be attached. Because of federal health codes all intimate apparel and eatable items are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects. All returns must be approved before returns will be accepted.
