 Step 1: Items needed
cloth measuring tape, paper and pencil
Step 2:The Band Size
Wrap measuring tape around just under the breast. Make the tape snuge with out pulling hard. If the number is odd add 3 and if the number is even add 4. Example (33 + 3 = 36) even number example (34 + 4 = 38)
Step 3:The Cup Size
Measure around the breast area. Do not pull tape snug, but don't let it hang loose. Tape should be placed across the nipple area. Subtract the Cup number from the Band-Example:(41 - 36 = 5)=Bra size of 36 DD
The Results will indicate your cup size based on the chart below:
0 = AA // 1 = A // 2 = B // 3 = C // 4 = D // 5 = DD // 6 = DDD/E // 7 = F // 8 = G // 9 = GG/H // 10 = HH/I //11 = J //12 = JJ/K // 13 = KK
